Aging-In-Place Modification Services
American Home Handyman understands the needs of senior adults when it comes to the modifications needed to stay in their homes.
The overwhelming majority of senior adults prefer to age in place, remaining in their current homes or with their adult children. But most current homes are not well suited for aging. A home environment that does not meet physical needs - one that lacks a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor, for example - is just one of many barriers to aging in place.
Nearly all homes were designed and built for a healthy, younger generation of home buyer. Most homes require remodeling or retrofitting to accommodate the changes necessary to ensure the comfort, mobility and safety of senior adults. CALL US NOW at (724) 771-3912

Dedicated to Frank
Mr. Frank Laero Sr., company founder, used his WWII GI Bill following his honorable service from the US Navy to train for the trades. In 1978, Frank's eldest son, Jim, took over the family business. Jim renamed the company, American Home Handyman, in honor of his father's love, dedication and service to his country.
Our Approach
Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.
Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
